today. hm... science was boring (the teaching) but hilarous (the experiments). heh. we were suppose to boil the water but instead boiled the glucose! didnt even notice until we were trying to figure out where on earth was the glucose. dumb of us. then later on, instead of just heating the water to 40 degrees, they added tap water and tried to cool down the boiling water. took ages. but it was really funny...

phonetics was simply rubbish. have no idea what those weird characters are. dun even know why we're suppose to learn it in the first place. one down, four lessons more to go.

it can never rain on the rite day, at the rite time. hopefully it'll rain tmr morning so we dun hav to run. hopefully.

thu nite was simply great. the dogs were soooo cute! haha, the two silky terriers: winnie and silky. fed them luv letters! they actually ordered a gown and suit for them to wear to the wedding in june! cant wait to see them weirdly dressed up! ok ok shall stop abt the dogs. hehe.

seem to be spending lots of time of my cousins. well i guess its natural, being an only child and since its the cny period now but thought there would be an age gap.
today went bowling with them. first time. was quite fun. at first had the bumper thing so it wont go down the drain so obv the ball has to hit something. then later didnt hav so, yeah some balls went down the drain. my cousins are actually gd. haha yup. tmr gonna watch movie with them, at least im not gonna be bored! =)

yesterday went back to raffles. spent more time getting there than being there! after that we (ys, xiangyi and i) went to hav lunch in orchard. cineleisure to be more exact. then went walking around heeren before going home. nothing much, saw some stuff that was really cute. heh. anyway, will hav to get xiangyi, carey and karen's bday present!

yesterday had home econs. pizza that we ended up with was pretty much inedible. had this weird taste to it. tseyin actually said it qualified to be on fear factor! hmph.

anyway we had pbl yesterday too. all grps already hav their prob n we dun. great. so behind when we barely started. n we had cip at queenstown library too. annabel, yanghwee, deb and i shelving bks. i freaked out when i saw deb and yanghwee's pile of bks to be shelved at the end! i thought they shelved as they went along but no they didnt. so there was this huge pile waiting for us. goodness

the teachers are kind enough. practically no hw except for finding of the articles for eng. =)

n we'll be going back to rgps tmr. it was off and now its on again. im happy that for once i wasnt doing the entire planning =)

today telematch. was grp 8. raechelle, get this: our grp was called oreo. haha, not my idea! members were shiyun, yingwei, farzanna, ashikin, rachel [yeo], angela [thng], me and the three sec 1s: cheryl, cassandra and wenlin

took quite a while to find the first station and overall it was ok. except for the flour+water thing!!! urgh. haha nvm. water bombs, peanut butter, tomato ketchup and lots more. esp loads and loads of flour! later, the names of the sec 1s who got in were annouced. so tried finding out if huiping got in. i think she did but not really sure

if everything goes according to plan (actually there isnt a plan. yet.) we'll be able to go back to rgps on wed! just like last yr =). jsut hope that it wont fall through like the end-of-yr gathering which failed.

today was damn funny. esp abt the cross country incident. i suppose some of u will know what im talking abt. haha, still cant believe june did that... gd luck then!

the mass run route juz became longer, now same route as sec 1s. so not looking forward to thu. if their aim is to torture us then they're def on the right track. *sobs*

my mortal turns out to be an only child too! so concidental... the unfair thing is that she has a jack russel! argh!!!! n she ended up putting guides as first choice. n so did yanghwee's mortal! =)

campfire on fri nite. was with s1 n xiangyi, yanghwee n i were sitting in the totally wrong direction coz the wind was blowing the smoke our way! hmph. ya quite fun except that the sec 2s had to stand around the fire during new friend found and thousand legged worm.

cca recruitment day on sat. had to attend the pbl workshop before that. wasnt that boring but i was freezing in the mpr. like what annabel said, chose wrong seats. then after that met the rest of the sec 2s. some of us actually went to the drop of point to march! (they said if we attract attention then better) it was juz so funny n we were making fool out of ourselves. so in the end left for other drop off point. fr then on was quite tiring already juz went to get the sec 1s n stuff.....

we had no clue at first who was our pe teacher n when we went down, we thought it was mr samat coz he seemed to be waiting for us. turns out, its ms wong which i think is a gd thing so long as she doesnt make us run that much! took height and weight. surprising that i hardly gained weight n its unfair that everyone's taller!!!

sci today was boring, again. nothing unusual there. the fun thing was we were allowed to access the interent, so yeah...

stayed back today for hardly any reason. went to 1C1. yesterday they were so quiet but today it was almost an entirely different case. still can tell us that we havnt been gd angels since we didnt write to them. hmph.

oh! and our pbl grp-ings. im pretty satisfied with this yr's grp: gracia, melody and simone. (no offense to last yr's members if u all ever read this) its time to say hello to yet another yr of pbl. *sighs*
