okay so i failed to update before going to japan. bad me. another post, kind of like a list, has been sitting in the 'draft' section since dec 4th. better get down to finishing it and finally posting before the year ends, if not, it would be kind of meaningless.

it's been raining non-stop since we came back from japan! almost as if the rain followed us back. holiday in japan was okay, mostly gloomy winter days except for a few sunny days. we visited three theme parks in total: disneyland, universal studios and fujikyu highland (the one that was featured in amazing race!) of the three.. i think fujikyu highland has the most thrilling rides, too bad that we didn't have enough time to enjoy them though! that would probably be my regret of this trip, not risking the lunchtime to take the rollercoaster instead! we travelled around a lot, all the way from east japan (tokyo) to another island of japan so we pretty much spent a lot of time in the bus. shopping wasn't too great, most of the stuff were winter wear and unsuitable. buying gifts was quite a disaster 'cause there wasn't anything i really liked to give to friends so mum and i had a mad rush buying gifts on the last two days, somewhat out of desperation. haha. oh another regret would probably be not exchanging emails with the others in the tour group but maybe, somehow, i can get them. maybe.
